What does your DJ package include?

Every package includes professional DJ services, a premium sound system, wireless microphones, a full music library spanning every genre and era, and my personal attention from the first planning call through the last song of the night. Do you also MC?

Yes — and honestly, the MC role is where I shine just as much as behind the decks. I handle all announcements, introductions, and crowd energy throughout the night. I work closely with you beforehand so every word I say reflects your personalities and the vibe you want. No generic scripts, no awkward filler — just smooth, natural hosting that keeps the night flowing.

Do you take requests?

Absolutely. Before your wedding I'll send you a planning form where you can list must-plays, do-not-plays, and any special songs for key moments. On the night itself, I'm always happy to take requests from guests — as long as they fit the vibe you've set. Your dance floor, your rules.

Question 4

Can you create custom mixes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you have a specific mashup, intro edit, or custom mix in mind for your first dance, grand entrance, or any other moment, I can make it happen. Just let me know during the planning process and we'll work it out together.

Question 5

Do you provide microphones and sound equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a complete professional sound system and wireless microphones are included with every package. I bring everything needed for crystal-clear audio whether you're in a ballroom, a garden, a tent, or a rooftop. No need to coordinate with a separate AV company.

Question 6

Do you provide music for the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ceremony sound and cocktail hour music are available as part of select packages or as add-ons. I'll work with you on song selections for the processional, recessional, and every moment in between — and keep the cocktail hour atmosphere exactly where you want it while you take photos and greet guests.

How do you handle last-minute changes?

Weddings are living, breathing events — things shift, and that's completely normal. I stay in close contact with your coordinator and venue team throughout the day, and I'm always ready to adjust the timeline, swap a song, or pivot the energy on the fly. Flexibility is part of the job.

Do you take song requests from guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within reason. I encourage guests to make requests and I love the energy that brings to the floor. That said, I use my read of the room to decide what actually gets played and when — so the vibe stays consistent with what you envisioned, not just whatever the loudest guest is asking for.

How do you keep guests involved?

Great music is only part of it. I read the room constantly — watching the floor, adjusting the energy, and knowing when to build a moment versus let one breathe. As MC I keep transitions smooth and guests engaged without over-talking. The goal is always a packed dance floor and a night people are still talking about years later.

How far in advance should we book?

Southern California wedding dates fill up fast — especially Saturdays from May through October. I'd recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date and venue in mind. Many couples book 12–18 months out. That said, if your date is coming up soon, reach out anyway — I'll always let you know if I'm available.

Question 11

What happens if our venue has specific requirements?

I've worked at hundreds of venues across Southern California and I'm familiar with the quirks — noise ordinances, load-in restrictions, power limitations, you name it. I'll coordinate directly with your venue to make sure everything is compliant and set up perfectly. If there's something unusual, we'll figure it out together well before the wedding day.

How do we reserve our date?

Head to the Contact page and check your date — if I'm available, I'll reach out to set up a quick call so we can make sure we're a great fit. From there, a signed contract and deposit locks in your date. Simple as that.
